Indonesian Coal
By virtue of its texture and nature Indonesian steam coal is soft and lightweight and majorly accepted for its purity, variety of sizes, low ash and GAR and high thermal efficiency. Coal of this quality is majorly required by paper industries, Chemical and Dyes production units, Power plants, coal screening plants, process houses, Gasifier plants and several industries. Indonesian Coal that we provide to our clients ranges from 3500GAR to 6300 GAR.
USA Coal
The US Steam coal is found black in colour with hard strength, shiny texture, and is lightweight. It is also procured because of its purity, low ash and incompatible CV with and high thermal efficiency over any Indian Coal. This coal is majorly demanded due to its high efficiency and its burning power. Coal of this quality is majorly required by Steel Rolling mills, paper mills, bricks manufacturers, process houses, Chemical and Dyes production units and other such industries in accordance with their requirements. USA Coal that we provide to our clients ranges from 6000 NAR to 6900 NAR (Net as received).
South African Coal
South African Coal is low in moisture. It contains high carbon or ash content, further having a higher calorific value. Coal of this quality is majorly required for power and heat generation. The South African Coal that we provide to our clients ranges from 4800 NAR to 6000 NAR (Net as received). We are offering three categories such as RB1, RB2, and RB3.
Anthracite Coal
Being made up entirely from carbon, this coal is way too harder in respect to the other forms of coal. This coal is majorly extracted from mountains or deep valleys. Anthracite coal has the quality of being much cleaner coal which it burns, in comparison to the other forms of available coal. This is because of its low pollutant content. In terms of figures, Anthracite may contain 91% to 98% pure carbon, and merely 2% to 9% are some other elements. Particularly this coal is difficult to ignite and burns with a smokeless blue flame. This fuel is majorly utilized as a reduction agent for several applications namely briquette charcoal, iron ore pellets and other such uses. This is the right fuel for power stations.
Coking Coal
The coking coal has low ash, low sulphur bituminous coal. This often called metallurgical coal. When the coking coal is baked in the oven with oxygen at a high-temperature value of 1000C coke is formed. Coke is the vital fuel as well as a reactant in the blast furnace process for primary steelmaking. Coking coal’s demand is directly proportional to the demand for steel.
Petroleum Coke
A by-product from the coking unit and it is a solid material. The petroleum coke quality is dependent on the crude oil which is processed at the refineries. The cokes which are produced from sour crude oil have high sulphur and trace metals. Such cokes are majorly required for fuel applications such as utility boiler and cement kilns. The cokes which are produced by sweet crude oil consist of characteristics that are suitable for calcination. Further used in carbon anodes for aluminium smelting and electrodes for electric arc furnaces.
Indonesian Screening Coal
Indonesian Coal is screened using automated machines and are separated according to sizes. BEPL has tie up with big screening plants of coal and in those plants size 25 MM to 50 MM are separated and loaded into trucks for delivery to customers. We are majorly dealing in two sizes of screening coal i.e. 20-50 MM and 8-20 MM.
